Communities Leading to Global Impact

The Hope Initiative was born out of a simple yet urgent question:

What would it look like if we made decisions today with the next seven generations in mind?

The world doesn’t lack ideas, capital, or intelligence – but we need shared spaces for long-term thinking, collective imagination and investments. That’s where hope comes in.

We are building a global network of originators – people who aren’t just talking about progress, but investing in it.

By mobilizing originators with access to patient capital, we aim to shape real cross-sector partnerships, solutions and investments – in service of humanity and the planet.

The Contributors of Hope

At the heart of the Hope Initiative is a growing community of voices.
More than sixty contributors — Nobel Peace Prize laureates, youth leaders, CEOs, scientists, artists and activists — came together to share their reflections in the book Hope for Life on Our Planet.

The Power of Hope

Hope is not wishful thinking. It’s the first step in transformation.

Around the world, people are feeling that we must - and can - do much better – we can originate new systems, politics, technology, and partnerships at scale, and drive transformative change to address our environmental and societal challenges, in time.

What's missing is an avalanche of places and communities where people come together and shape new ways.

This is such a space: A platform for connection, not perfection. A gathering of individuals who share a simple belief: the future is still open.

It’s not a manifesto. It’s an invitation – to slow down, to reflect, and to engage with hope as a serious, strategic force in shaping the future.

Do you want to be a part of
the community?

If you share our belief in long-term thinking, courageous ideas, and the power of human connection – we’d love to hear from you.
